This study takes advantage of a publicly salient policy sphereroad qualityin the Russian Federations capital city to explore the use of digital technologies as means of aggregating information and demonstrating government capacity and effectiveness.

The article analyzes the phenomenon of trust in Russian society during the coronavirus pandemic. The research is based on telephone interviews conducted by the Center for Civil Society and Nonprofit Sector Research with support from the HSE Basic Research Program.

This paper examines Arctic sea-ice simulations generated by the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP6) which makes it possible to model future evolution of the sea-ice cover in the Arctic.
