The big question is: with the current explosion in global youth population, how many young global leaders do we have? What enabling factors are in play for them to thrive? How many young leaders are willing and ready to put in the work in an era that is globally transformed per time per measure, even faster than we can blink, when some countries still have history as their current affairs? How many young leaders would rather partner than pioneer?
