The COVID-19 pandemic has strengthened the position of online suppliers. There are several trends that companies have to take into account, among them: a decrease of consumption, awareness of new technologies. If the organization is planning to operate in effective way in the new world, it should increase investment in digital technologies and compete for customer’ confidence.
