At the Russian Investment Forum, VEB.RF announced the signing of a syndicated loan agreement on the first transactions under the new Project Finance Factory. The key idea of the Factory is syndicated financing of projects at government subsidised rates. VEB acts as a Factory operator. Deputy Chairman of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF Yuriy Korsun spoke about the uniqueness of the mechanism, the sharing of risks, the financial partners of VEB, and what makes the Factory one of the key tools to stimulate investment and development of project financing.
